Well, by that logic how would any professional be able to sue for loss of income? All the defendant has to do is say “Well, how do I know for sure you were planning to continue as a ____*?”.

Sorry, I must have been unclear.

I assume for loss of income reasonable assumptions can be made.

But if a prostitute doesn’t consent to sex, you can’t assume she should do.

Does that make sense?
