Any hint at racial profiling elicits an immediate and negative response. How is it that attorneys are allowed to profile, racially and otherwise, in the jury selection process? Is this not hypocrisy?
It’s anti-racism based on statistical data. An attorney is acting to prevent real-world racist beliefs and tendencies from influencing the trial.
