RE-apply for Medicaid?

Until pretty recently I was out of work for long enough to qualify for Medicaid.

Last week I found out I was diabetic. Medicaid covered everything, but my eligibility expires December 31–before I use up my first vial of insulin.

Google refuses to tell me how to REapply; only how to apply for the first time.

Bonus: I didn’t apply myself, a po’ people clinic did it for me. And I never received any paperwork. So I don’t have a card, but a recent visit to the ER–not to mention the diabeetus adventure–confirmed that I’m “in the system.”

Anyone have any experience in this area? Thanks in advance

Here is a link to the medicaid renewal form. Hopefully that helps.

Since the OP is looking for advice, let’s move this to IMHO.

Not sure why this was moved; the answers I’m looking for are factual, not opinion.

I currently work for Medicaid and this is a question for Medicaid.
The rules vary widely from state to state, so call your local agency.

Our standard practice is that questions on medical/legal issues (and this involves both) go in IMHO. You can still get factual input in IMHO.

You are in the state of Washington, correct? I see this page (apparently Medicaid is renamed Apple Health in that state):

And it says:
