Read it and weep, Indianapolis is the 6th most depressed city in the US

My Dad’s family is from the Fowler and Lafayette area of Indiana. I guess what concerns me is maybe there is a whole world out there to explore, but I bet after a few months its just the SOS but with different names, times and faces.

Jersey City gets an A+???
Salt Lake City gets a D!!!
This list is seriously f’ed up. I’ll take SLC over Jersey City any day.

We’re not depressed. We’re just raised to believe that showing one’s emotions in public is in poor taste.

Yeah, I also call bullshit on this one. They listed Laredo, TX and El Paso, TX as the “two happiest cities in America.” Pardon me if I have a hard time believing these two scrubby Texas border towns are the epicenters of well-being in this country.

You may wish to page your sports fans on that.

On-topic: I’m not surprised that my home town is #19 on the happy list. We seem to be a contented place.

Typical pompous, stupid article from a pompous, stupid magazine.

I’ve been to Laredo numerous times- and if the people who live there are the happiest folks in America, that does NOT speak well of them. Nobody should be happy to live there!

Tampa at #5 MOST depressed?? And Baton Rouge at #5 HAPPIEST?! I don’t think so. This is a silly article.

How dare you speak ill of men’s health magazine. I buy my erection pills and troy built lawn chippers from the advertisers in their magazine.

Cleveland is only #10? If they think there are nine cities more depressed (or depressing) than Cleveland, they’ve obviously never been there. Thank Og we have more fun in the 'burbs.

And Buffalo got a B+? They’ve obviously never been there either.
