Just started in real estate in New York State last year. We had a speaker in the office tocay giving us a tease on this seminar he presents on how and what agents can deduct, and ways to get other tax savings. I don’t want to spend the money on the seminar, but want a good book on what I can and can’t deduct, etc. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
