My wife and I have listed our house for sale today, after spending many a weekend over the last few years renovating. (There may be some element of stealth (or not so stealthy) bragging here over the results of our hard work). I’m really quite proud of what I’ve achieved, being a banker by trade, and figuring out a lot of the hands on stuff as I went. There was a minimum of tradies (contractors) involved in the renovations.
The photographer came out on Monday to take his shots, which included a pretty cool video, which I’ve linked to below, and the coolest thing is he had a High Def Go Pro mounted on a quad-rotor drone, which he used to take some photos and video, to capture the block and some other aerial shots. I of course stood behind him looking over his shoulder while he was flying the drone around. Looks like a great tool, but getting paid to fly the drone around, that’s a great job.
