It looks more like a campus of some sort rather than housing arrangement. In any case, I am in awe of the architecture-scaping. Does anyone know anything more about the location?
It’s definitely not “housing”, it’s some sort of institutional or retail structure. In fact in looking at the pic close up I’m pretty sure it’s a shopping mall.
I can’t see the characters too clearly, but they look Korean to me.
I recognise it - I’ve been there. It’s Namba Parks in Osaka, Japan. It’s a shopping mall and office building and opened in around 2003. I agree that it’s very impressive.
