Recommend a crime-of-the-week type show

Helpful hint: It’s never lupus.

Watching season 12 now. Every episode is like a movie…such a great show.

I just got finished watching the entire series for the second time. It’s one of my favorite shows. The setting during WWII in an English town makes it feel unique. I love how Michael Kitchen plays Foyle as if the usual British character is way over the top emotionally. He expresses everything with a pause, a raised eyebrow or a lip twitch.

It was made spread out over multiple years. The production quality goes up over those years. I believe it was 8 (short) seasons from 2002-2015. Some now stars can be seen as unknowns. David Tennant, Peter Capaldi and Emily Blunt can be seen in early episodes.

Murdoch’s Mysteries.

Always good.
