Recommend a new coffee maker - Not Cuisinart

My third Cuisinart coffee maker just died on me, and their warranty department just told me to pound sand[sup]*[/sup], so I’m in the market for a new coffee maker.

Could anyone recommend a maker that:

[li]Has a large (12 to 14 cup) carraffe.[/li][li]Uses funnel filters. - We just bought a three pack of filters from Costco[/li][li]Has a timer.[/li][li]Will live longer than eighteen fucking months.[/li][/ul]

*I’m going to go run a couple of miles, and if I’m still as pissed as I am now, I’ll vent my spleen in the minirants thread.

We’ve gotten years of use out of our Melitta coffee maker (after our second Cuisinart crapped out). We went with the ten cup insulated carafe version, it makes fantastic coffee and stays nice and hot.

We’ve had this Hamilton Beach unit for several years and are very happy with it. Takes this kind of filter. And of course, don’t settle for a less-than-desirable one just because it takes a different filter style.
