Recommend a yoga video for flexibility?

I am looking for a video to improve my flexibility.

I already have AM/PM Yoga with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden. The PM yoga in particular has really helped with my hamstrings. Observe as I touch the floor in Standing Head-to-Knees! Hurrah!

I also do a weekly yoga class. It’s great, but it’s old-people yoga, so it’s all about easy-on-the-joints stuff, whereas I figger that I, as a spry young person, better bust my butt improving flexilbity now while my cartilage is still intact. The thing I like about the class is that we do mostly long holds, and work on perfecting our form, rather than flowing from pose to pose as in AM/PM. Also, the AM/PM workouts are a little short, and I’d like a longer workout for my days off.

Can you recommend an intermediate-level video, half hour to an hour long, that goes at slow pace with long holds, and places some emphasis on flexiblity? I prefer DVD to VHS, but that’s not a deal-breaker.

I love the Yoga Zone series.

My favorites for flexibility are the beginners tape “Flexibility and Tone” and the intermediate tape “Flexibility and Stress Release”. Even though I am definitley intermediate, I find the beginners tape still challenging.

Available on Amazon.com and at the Yogazone.com website. They are available on DVD, but I’ve had them for a while and so have VHS.

Hmmm . . . flexibility and stress relief. I can use both of those. Thanks, Rhiannon!
