Can anyone recommend a good book (or preferably DVD) that focuses on the logistics of the Earth to Moon missions. The entire planning and physics involved in getting from point A to B, B to C, C to D… without accidentaly floating off into space while the earth is rotating, the moon is orbiting the earth, and at the same time both are orbiting around the sun. I’m not interested in the actual flights but more of the planning involved, what obstacles they had to evercome, and how they solved them.
