I’m in the mood to do some reading and I’d like to catch up on my quantum physics. I’m unusually apt at this kind of subject, though unfortunately I haven’t had any college math besides algebra and trigonometry, so I’m going to be baffled if it goes into calculus and beyond. What would you guys recommend? I plan on going to Books-A-Million in an hour or two, so make it fast.
Man, you guys are slow today. I went out and bought The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene because it was recommended on Amazon. I hope it teaches me more than a few things.
It does, although it is more closely bent on pushing the Superstring Agenda. Great over view on quantum mechanics, though.
If you still want recommendations, go to your nearest library. Then, look for a book titled Quantum Reality by Herbert.
All the other ones I’ve found, like Hyperspace, Greene, etc, all mention quantum mechanics but also push other theories.
