I am in need of software or an app (preferably free) to make a collage for use as my computer wallpaper. Back in the day, I used Picasa for this but Picasa is no more, sadly. What recommendations do you wonderful, brilliant people have?
A quick search in the Play Store listed several that look promising.

Yea, Google chrome.
I am looking for recommendations / suggestions for specific products. I expect more from this group than go look on google.
OK, I’d recommend PhotoShop or PhotoShop Elements. Elements has an easy method under their Create section. But they are not free.
There are several free apps in the Play Store, but I’ve not used them and I’m not going to cut and paste what you can get in 25 seconds or less. If that makes me an ass, so be it.
Photoshop will do it. I’ve no familiarity with it but I hear GIMP is a free version of Photoshop.
Poor wording. GIMP is a completely separate program from Photoshop and is not made by Adobe but by free software enthusiasts. It’s like saying that Linux is a free versions of MS-Windows.
I have Photoshop and Lightroom, which do all this sort of stuff for me.
But if you liked Picasa, you can still use it, despite the fact that it’s been discontinued. There’s a downloadable executable file of the last version of Picasa (3.9.141) available at archive.org. It still runs fine on all versions of Windows, as far as i know.
Thank you mhendo!
