Jaleo is not even the best Jose Andres owned restaurant. Zaytinya is much better. Rasika is great as recommended. If you want something fancy-ish, I’d recommend Le Diplomate. If you want something fairly cheap, Ray’s is great as is Bonchon Chicken.

Strongly agree with this. Zaytinya is great for Turkish inspired Tapas. Expensive, though.
