I’m always surprised that simple gin & Coke isn’t a more popular drink. I often order it (with Diet Coke, regular Coke being too sweet), sometimes to the bemusement of the barperson. But it’s really nice.
On second thought, does the lime flavoring taste like lime juice or like the green-lollipop version of lime? If the latter, you might want to check one the Hangar One vodka recipe page for recipes that call for their kaffir lime vodka (i.e., rather than on the Drinkboy site I mentioned earlier). I suspect that anything you can do with lime vodka, you can also do with lime gin.
