It seems to me his perfect defense was that if you easily peel off a piece of paint, that paint no longer is of any use and would have to come off at the next painting anyway. He actually saved the government money by doing some of the prep work for the next paint job for free.

With that being said, I’ve never really been able to nail down where they land politically. I know Harvey (the founder) used to be a big Trump supporter, but I’m not sure if that’s still the case. When they do cover politics, it doesn’t usually seem to be one way or the other. If they’re going for the most scandalous stories, hopefully they’ll find themselves focusing more on the Right.
I wonder how long it’ll be before Trump decides they need to “lose their license” or someone needs to be fired or he leans on whatever network currently airs them until they bend to his will.
I, too, feel a distinct lack of respect for those who use “fulsome” as if it were an Extra Fancy way of saying “full.”
Of course Pirro is a bit sub-literate. All those Donald hires are----it’s basically a job requirement.

As a Canadian, that’s the only way I’ve ever heard it used until now. Even the dictionaries appear confused on this issue: Merriam-Webster lists “copious” as the first definition, “offensive” as the 2nd; Cambridge lists it as a synonym for “smarmy”; Collins has it as smarmy or insincere first, full or abundant 2nd, and disgusting as archaic; and dictionary.com basically has the reverse order as Collins.
Antonyms are the worst.
