The She’s gone option is missing
You would think by now these people would have the dignity to fall out of an open window.
Maybe Trump will keep her around to have someone to blame every time he loses in court.
I’ll be so glad to see the back of her.

Like he won’t replace her with someone even worse?
They’re adding a special window to the ballroom just for this type of thing.
The funny thing is, announcing that the case was being dropped on a Friday afternoon was an attempt to hopefully let the story quietly die over the weekend, before the Monday news cycle started back up. It was very clear that the vandalism accusation was a ridiculous song and dance done to try to distract from trump’s failures on the reflecting pool. So why not announce a bogus indictment with a lot of fanfare and then dismiss it quietly a few weeks later?
But trump goes and pulls another Streisand Effect by throwing Pirro under the bus, not only keeping the story in the news in the process, but possibly (hopefully) making it even worse for the trump admin…
And the strategy worked with conservative media. Fox hasn’t run a story about Pirro in the last 2 days. (On their website that is. I can’t bring myself to watch the channel.)
Based on the overall competence of this administration the defenestration window will be on the ground floor.
Trump is of course blaming an activist and hateful judge for making this happen. The only concession he’s made is that yeah, the contractor was rushed in order to finish the job by July 4th, but there were vandals, dammit! Just keep fucking that dog, Donnie.
It didn’t sound to me that there was any talk of termination. Pirro didn’t tender her resignation and Trump didn’t ask for it.
Apparently she was called on the carpet and spent an hour at the White House getting an earful from His Orangeness. Her years of bootlicking don’t mean squat, if you should fail to cater to his every whim you are out on your ear. My money is on Wednesday to steal the news cycle from the results of today’s primaries.
But he did say that she choked, folded like an umbrella, and that he was extremely disappointed in her. The only thing worse that he could have said was that she’s doing a great job and has his full support.
True enough. I think she may have looked at her license to practice and thought “I’m probably gonna need that long after Donny is worm food.”
I read the book “Regime Change” recently about Trump 2.0. What I gleamed is that Trump likes to break people’s balls. How that works from a charging/lawsuit perspective, it’s not about winning, just the trolling process is the whole thing. You fuck with people because you can. Trump didn’t mess up the pool, this guy did.
Here, Pirro quit. Self terminated. Trump can’t understand why. You were breaking this guy’s balls, it was working, so why would you just quit doing that just because there was no evidence. Why would you not ask me if I was done breaking this guy’s balls.
Pirro will probably go or be fired, or not, but Trump wants you to break people’s balls. Pirro will do that/promise to do that or be replaced with someone who will. We’re not near the bottom, yet.
So struggled with for a while and then just dropped on the floor for someone else to deal with? That’s how he handles umbrellas.
