Register at ATT?

ATT keeps telling me I “must” register to look at my iPhone bill online. I’ve had my iPhone account for years, so what are they really after? :dubious:

You said that you’ve had the account for years, but have you been able to view the bill online without registering? Because in my experience, you need to register the cell phone number and create a password so that you can login to see the bill, pay it and make changes to your account. It’s been like that for a while.

I don’t understand how you could see a bill online without registering. Or are you saying you’ve been able to see it before and now they’re making you register with some new online service?

I guess I am registered. I already have my number and I do have a password. I did that when I first sold my soul to ATT.
My bill goes to my Billpay account at my credit union.

So are you asking why you have to do something that you’ve already done?

I have a Billpay account at my credit union. ATT sends my bill there and I click “pay” when I’m ready. I like that. I don’t like, nor will I have, “autopay”.

It would be more accurate to say I’m asking why they are asking me to do something I may have already done. I have viewed my bill, but only a long time ago.
I’m just wondering if they’re wanting me to join all of you in something new. Curiosity.
