I want to come back as a raven. Not only could I fly, but I’d also have a lot of habitat and lifestyle choices.

An owl. It’s my favorite animal. They are awesome, live in abandoned buildings or can pick the coolest tree in the forest, and are able to rotate their heads in some creepy ways.

Must be wolverine or Polar Bear. Certainly not wolf, since they can occur in virtually all latitudes. 
As for me, I’d probably go with Orca or something like it. Top predator, decent lifespan, highly intelligent.
I guess I’d have to come back as my dog’s dog, assuming he comes back as a human first.
