Is there a good website that allows you to put in the name of a song (and maybe the group or artist) and it will tell you the year the song was released?

zombywoof has good advice, but there’s a slight catch in that allmusic.com lists the release date of most albums. So you may have to search for the song, then look at the album it appeared on to find the info you want.
