Remake or make a sequel to a music video

Are there any music videos that you’d like to see remade or a sequel made of them? I have one that I think would be great. It would start with two women walking down a hallway. We only see them from behind and thus don’t recognize them. They are both apparently middle-aged but beautiful. One appears to be slightly older. I’ll show what she says as they walk down the hallway by the letter A. I’ll show what the younger one says by the letter B.

A: It’s going to be so strange to meet Mom’s new boyfriend.

B: Well, she’s dated younger guys a few times.

A: Yeah, but this one is younger than either of us.

B: It now seems strange that she was 11 years younger than Dad.

A: Well, that was what they did back then. She was 25 when I was born and 34 when you were born. Then he dumped her for a younger woman. Then he died in that terrible accident.

B: But she was never stopped by her divorce from Dad. Now she’s dating a guy 40 years younger than her. Maybe they will get married.

A: How does she know that this new boyfriend really loves her? Maybe he only wants her money.

They come to the end of the hallway and push a door open. You see a woman and a man there. You realize that the woman is Cher and the man is her boyfriend AE Edwards.

B: Mom, does this guy really love you? How can you tell?

The camera rotates around A and B. You can see that A is Winona Ryder and B is Christina Ricci. Then Cher, Ryder, and Ricci begin singing and dancing in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZM5qIJdBtX0 .

I’d like to redo The Cars You Might Think. It was a good idea but it was limited by the tech of the time. To quote a famous video watching duo, “These effects aren’t very special”.

I’d like to redo The Cars Drive with someone playing the damaged girl that doesn’t look like a supermodel slumming. It’s a great video but having her in there is distracting. Yes, I know why she got the part.

I’d like a redo of Billy Squire Rock Me Tonight, to take out the weird aesthetic. It’s a good song that doesn’t deserve a career-ending video.

Anything by Heart from the Big Hair early 80’s period. What WERE we thinking?

Phil Collin’s Illegal Alien. Remove that horrible brownface shit. Hell delete the entire song from human consciousness.

U2 New Years Day: put the missing verse back in.

Queen I want to Break Free. What WERE they thinking? Alas, can’t remake it.

Sequel:

David Lee Roth Just A Gigolo. The one with Dave TV. I envision a sequel, with Roth looking old but still trying to rock out. But Dave TV is just a podcast now, that no one watches. I don’t know what song he could do to go with it, though. A cover of When We Was Fab?

I’d like to see a remake of Joe Jackson’s “Stepping Out” with an actress we can easily identify.
