Renting a car under 21 in Dallas, TX?

I’m 19, and need to rent a car for a trip in Dallas, TX - anyone know of a rental place that will oblige?

All the major rental companies require a corporate account in order to do so, and my company does not rent cars often enough to qualify.

I’m surprised. I didn’t think ANY rental company would do that. 25 is the limit as far as I knew. Ignorance has been fought.

There are a few states where they are required to by law (NY, I think, is one), and several companies have realized that charging an absurd surcharge more than makes up for the additional risk.

I know 25 is the norm for luxury cars and RVs.
