Well the title of the thread was obscure, so I took a look, but really I have no interest in or knowledge of the subject. I’m posting though because I’m a sweetie.

'Kay, you got me. But, if I may be so bold as to venture a suggestion (and this is meant in the most sincere way) if you started a thread with an interesting question/subject, folks would reply anyway and it might make for a dynamic and animated discussion!? :smiley:
However, since I took the time to post a reply (I’m not complaining, I enjoyed it and my current post count is a bit low) perhaps you wouldn’t mind posting on MY messageboard, as at the mo there are only 2 msgs, and one of them’s from me. OK so I realise this is just shameless advertising on my part, but what the hell! You might enjoy my website as well!

Didn’t “hoo-ha or whatever his name is” start a thread along these lines? Except he cursed everyone who viewed without posting with bad luck–which hit me even though I posted in it twice. I think he got the curse as a Blue Light Special…

Most often, I don’t have any desire to comment. I’m curious and read a good number of threads, but I don’t feel the need to sprinkle a little Ruffian in every one. I’m okay with a low post count. I’m secure with that. :slight_smile: (FWIW to the newer SDMB posters…I’ve been around for 2 1/2 years. Oh, maybe if you added my AOL posts to my orginal LauraRae posts here to my Ruffian posts they’d make a nice number…but I’m okay with what it is.)

And honestly, it’s also busy-ness. If I posted to every thread I read, I’d never be offline. I spend enough time online as it is!

Replying to a thread without saying anything of any real substance is my forte, my friend! Do a search on my name, then come back & tell me how many posts you found outside of MPSIMS. Oh, they’re there, but the numbers are reeeeeeeal low.
