I never realized that “right to work” was just another term for “at will employment”. I just thought it meant that unions couldn’t force you to join. I thought it was the equivalent of “open shop”. Ignorance fought.

It would be more accurate to call it “right to fire anyone for anything conditions”.

And meanwhile not knowing the difference between gross and net income so that he thought the business that grossed $1M would be taxed on the entire amount, or understanding marginal rates.
