Let me say that maybe that if there’s a series of circumstances that reassert periodically that cause you that much stress you can do a few things.
- You can remove yourself from the situation. Fine, you’re trying to do that.
- You can examine yourself to see if there’s something you’re doing or some attitude you’re holding that leads you to feel that much stress over a situation
Look, I say this out of affection, Lib, but it’s number two here that I think is operant. You need to not flee (which is what you’re doing) you need to look inside yourself and ask yourself why you get so worked up over over a message board. You clearly don’t believe you can control yourself, that it’s become a compulsion. And if that’s the case even if you DO get yourself locked out. You’ll still end up coming back to observe and you’ll likely get worked up over what you read and can’t reply to.
