Residential natural gas line replacement

Just completed a residential gas line replacement, due to a phantom leak. The gas meter is located in an alley easement, and the line replaced was that connecting the meter to the home service entry, just outside the P&B foundation. The initial estimate quote says a 50 foot replacement line would cover the need. I am located in Dallas Texas, and the natural gas provider is Atmos Energy.

Q:Does anyone have any knowledge whether any type of rebate/reimbursement is available from this gas energy provider?
Thank you.

I wouldn’t think so, it does not update anything with an energy saving replacement. We’ve replaced a few. The homeowner’s equipment is required to be leak free.

I agree with you. But, there was a rumor of some offerings from the provider. I just can’t find anything about it. True or false. Prior to this post, I did search SD pretty carefully. And, I wasn’t able to find anything either.
