What is the difference between “Resisting Arrest” and “Breaking Arrest?”
I will reading an article about a man who faces a boatload of charges, including poss. of marijuana, tresspassing, two counts of assault and battery and breaking arrest.
His buddy was charged with assault and battery and resisting arrest.
Resisting arrest, I have heard of, but I am not familar with breaking arrest.
I know different states have different charges, but a general overview of the two would be helpful.
