I think it’s more like after the athlete loses the game he guaranteed he’d win, he then starts screaming into the microphone, insulting everyone around him, and loudly insists that he actually won the game that he just lost, and that anyone who points out that no, in fact he lost, is just a hater.

The Second Circuit has denied Brady’s appeal. So reports the AP. His last shot is to ask the Supreme Court to overturn the 2nd circuit. The ones who won in all this is the lawyers, who got to turn a minor rules infraction into a million dollar industry.
It’s finally over. Suspension will not be appealed to the Supreme Court. There is a modicum of sanity left in the world.
