- does that count? It is “a” vegetable oil, but it’s not “vegetable oil”. Or maybe it’s a “fruit oil”, actually, since there’s a seed. Is this one of those botanical fruit/culinary vegetable things? If it doesn’t count, I can’t imagine what does, actually… fish oil? Do people cook with fish oil?
