Rev. Wright Quotation?

I have heard a sound clip of the Rev. Wright (Obama’s ex-pastor in Chicago); it is something about Bill Clinton. The only words I heard were “he was riding dirty”.
What is the conret of the statement?

It was in January 2008. Wright was addressing reasons that black people might not vote for Obama, or more specifically why they would vote for Hillary Clinton:

“‘But Hillary is married to Bill, and Bill has been good to us.’ No he ain’t. Bill did us just like he did Monica Lewinsky. He was riding dirty. But he fixed it so that some of y’all are now riding pretty. Money talks and BS walks. BS, that’s bogus stuff. Walk all over this country; walk all over the Internet—bogus stuff. Walk all over your self-confidence.”
