RevitaLens as eyedrops? Need answer kinda fast

So, I’m at work, my first day at work with the new contacts. I got them on Saturday, today is Monday.

My eyes are rather itchy, and the only thing I have here is my RevitaLens contact solution. Nowhere on the bottle does it say I CAN’T use it as eye drops, but I also know that’s not really what it’s for.

I am hoping I can drop some in each eye to combat the itchies.

Is that kosher?

ok, I’m going to give it a shot. if I go blind, I blame the teeming millions.

IANAOptometrist, but I use my multipurpose cleaner/wetting solution every morning on my dry eyes (I wear contacts I can sleep in). Much cheaper than the tiny bottles of contact lubricant; been doing it for years with no ill effects.
