No.
Tellers usually have a foot switch that is hard wired to the alarm panel. There is no RF signal to disrupt.
Does a video camera use RF? In the demo i read about today the RF emitter fritzed a video camera as well as computers, medical equipment…

the bank is my idea. The demo was for government by scientists using $10k worth of parts available at Radio Shack. About the size of a brief case. The fear is terrorists but i immediately thought ‘bank robbery’.
You could try an electromagnetic bomb instead. You’d probably fry everything with a chip in it, which probably includes silent alarms. Unless banks do something sneaky such as indicating a problem by interrupting a continuous “everything is okay” signal…
