A campaign ad for him popped up today on YouTube. He was saying something about being a unity candidate before I clicked the Skip button. Seriously pathetic.
If I was forced to choose between RFK Jr and trump, I’d probably vote trump. At least he’ll die sooner. Probably.
Just wanted to mention, RFK Jr battling with Trump over who’s more pro Crypto.
Of course, if you’re pro crypto, there’s other articles pushing both Trump and RFK Jr for it, and chastising Harris for NOT making an effort, but, well, a lot of the super-crypto crowd are already lost to anyone who (gasp!) wants more government regulation, and weren’t likely to be Harris voters anyway.
With Biden removing himself from consideration and Harris more or less secure as the nominee, RFK Jr’s claim that he’s replacing a weak old man have cratered, so I’m cautiously optimistic that going forward (if not already the case as has been suggested) he’s going to be taking more votes from Trump than Harris.
It would warm the dark, evil cockles of my heart if we end up with another nailbiter, and votes lost to RFK Jr cost Trump the election, as he and his (well, not HIS but you get me) money have been the greatest boosters of RFK’s run.
It’s no shock that people who have a problem with frequent and blatant fraud (which a great deal of crypto is, and what regulation would inhibit) will overlap quite a bit with those supporting Harris.
Maybe, just maybe, RFK Jr. supporters are catching on that he’s only in the race to help elect Trump and curry favor for a job.
Or people were just considering voting for him because they didn’t want a repeat of the last election. Harris is an opportunity to vote for someone new.
With his numbers tanking, it’s clear that his support came from the “double-haters” group. His tiny support isn’t worth the effort of either candidate to make deals for his endorsement. What would he want, anyway? To have a new cabinet position “Secretary of Anti-Vax” created for him?
I would expect any day now we hear RFK is dropping out and encouraging his remaining supporters to vote for Trump.
He’s clearly modeling himself after Connor Roy.
His constiuency is about evenly split between the two, plus a lot of people who wanted neither.
While I had read that more of his support was Trump leaning otherwise (some of whom moved into his column after Biden’s debate disaster), my sense (can’t find good polling to confirm) is that most were the last group, votes for none of the above. The hope is that the double hating does not hang on to Harris as well and that she is seen as the “other” option by that group, or minimally that those who would have gone to Trump when day came to vote because they disliked Biden more, do not dislike Harris as much and either do vote RFK or stay home (same thing in practical terms). And those who dislike Trump but couldn’t bear to vote Biden might tolerate voting for Harris.

Assuming Trump doesn’t throw RFK some bauble to drop out. I think if DT did that, RFK would endorse him.
We’ll see if he gets an obscure Third World ambassadorship out of it.
RFK Jr. admits putting dead bear cub and old bicycle in New York City’s Central Park nearly 10 years ago
We’ve all been there.
I’m surprised he didn’t throw it down into a quarry.
It happened when he was in his early 60s.
Youthful exuberance!
I’ve done it twice this week.
So according to MAGA Jr.;
But according to the 2014 article;
Someone’s got some explaining to do.
It’s the worm
It’s where he got it!
