I bought rice paper to make Spring rolls tonight.
The instructions are in Vietnamese. How long do I soak the paper?

Next time try lumpia wrappers. They’re extremely thin and somewhat of a pain to peel apart, but the end result is wonderfully crispy goodness for the fried version. I’ve (literally) made thousands of lumpia in my life, so have gotten pretty good at the peeling, and nothing is a suitable substitute.
I didn’t fry them, I wrapped some lox, cucumber, carrots, cream cheese and avacado.
