When I think of David Hedison, his first role to come to mind is Captain Crane on Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea. Next, I think of The Fly. And I liked him as Felix Leiter in the Bond films.
In one Bond film, License to Kill. Quite possibly the worst one in the series, which should have been put to rest long ago. 
I never watched Voyage much after the first season, but I remember really well the Cold War episode where Crane was wounded and hiding out in Venice. That was probably the best one in the series.
