Romney hates cookies!

I’m sure some of his best friends are on the board of 7-11.
(I was about to say owned 7-11s, but he’d never associate with such riff-raff.)

Better than sitting sad and alone.

It’s the Rosa Parks bus here in Michigan.

“That’s it… you can stay here, but i’m leaving!”

What cracked me up about that is that I know that park! My cousin’s high school graduation party was in that park!

You know, if there was a random 65-year-old who kept saying things out loud that he knew he shouldn’t say, I’d suggest testing them for Alzheimer’s or senile dementia. But that will never happen here - because if word got out, the campaign would be over.

… as Republicans hailed the Second Coming of Amun-Reagan, the Redeemer.

Obviously a bug in Romney’s cookie subroutine. One would have thought the last six months of beta testing should have ironed out these issues. They should have stayed with the 2008 32-bit version.

All they have to do is hit “Enable Cookies”.

Cal, that was brilliant.

This guy makes Richard Nixon look like Bill Clinton in comparison.

So true! His body language is really off to me, too.

D’ja ever notice he never turns at the waist when he looks from one side of the room to another? He takes three little steps in place to change position of his whole body; it’s like his spine is fused. Perhaps it is the moral rectitude.

Geez, he has all the social skills of a nerdy high school kid.

The weird thing, it’s not like he’s some guy lurking around the shelves at the comic book store and making these awkward comments - he’s a successful businessman and an elected governor! You’d think he would’ve smoothed out a bit by now.

I’ve waiting for the right wing media to try to make something out of that picture, but they haven’t taken the bait, that I have seen.

However, unlike cookies, nobody gives a shit about bowling.

I’ve been on that busy in Dearborn. Isn’t Rosa Parks actual seat on the other side of the bus? I’ve forgotten.

Maybe it’s those undergarments?

Well, it would remind people of the civil rights struggle, and I’m not sure that helps their side of politics.

Meh. Its one comment out of what I’m sure at this point is thousands of hours of folksy small talk Romney has been forced to engage in during similar photo-ops. I suspect everyone, Governor or not, has a few awkward social moments every so often.

The guy is a little stiff in front of the cameras, but I think he’s getting the same treatment that Gore and Kerry got, where their reputation as off-putting led to the press (with no small amount of help form the opposition campaign) fishing for comments to reinforce the narrative.

STOP TELLING ROSA PARKS WHERE TO SIT!!!

Its not his fault.

No man should ever have to contend 24-7 with TWO skunk stripes…
