Is there an RSS feed that works for SDMB? I looked in the FAQ and tried the URL’s given there, but they error out.
I would do a search, alas RSS is too short…
Trying to get a SDMB RSS feed on my cell phone so that I can never go without!
RSS is not functioning. When they tried it, it caused enough operational problems that they shut it back off. As far as I know, they have tried it twice so far. Once on the old server and once on the new server.
Ironically, I cannot search for the threads for you as search is disabled due to board operational issues.

Dude… what kinda “sorting tricks” did you use to find that?! I’ll give them a try, sure would be nice to get the boards on my phone. I need something to do when in line at the grocery store.
I don’t think the RSS feed is actually enabled. Can your phone run Java applications? If so, try downloading Opera Mini - it’s great and handles the boards just fine. Check your phone model and download from here:

Sorted By: Thread Title…Sort Order Descending
From the: The Beginning
Enter
Then I went to the address bar and manually changed the page to 50 and I started looking for the R’s and RSS threads.
It took longer to describe than it took to do it. 
I have long attempted to champion the enabling of RSS feeds on this board. Now that Xash is no longer a mod, I no longer have a sympathetic and techy mod on my side and have given up completely.
I tried. ReSiStance is futile 
But I still hold out hope that someday we’ll see RSS enabled here. It would make reading the boards so much easier, especially on mobile devices. And it would be a great way to get fresh blood to come to the SDMB through feeds they might see on another website.
