Yep, those wide ones are from broccoli and/or asparagus.
Oh great. Broccoli and asparagus. Well, looks like I’m stuck with adding the rubber bands I get from the mailman after all.

Albert’s dead, but you can still find the vegetable at the grocery store.
Gotta know these things when you’ve been working in a produce store for (counts in head) 17 years.
Oh and I only mentioned broccoli because they are typically wider then the asparagus ones, OTOH, with asparagus you’ll often get two of them.
And it’s blue. Poor bastard.
And here I was, worried that people would consider a rubber band ball as being juvenile.
