Have you all seen these? I got one as a gift today. It’s so slim and flexible that it can be rolled up like a carpet or folded. And it’s completely waterproof! I’ve spilled some beer on it already… all I had to do was wipe it off. Best present I’ve gotten in years.

I got one after losing two keyboards in two months to beverage malfunctions.
I love how quietly I can type with the rubber keys, my nails clicking on the keys sounds so loud now when I’m using someone else’s puter.
Yeah, I’ve had one for a year or so now. Pretty cool. Not for rapid typing though.
Sounds mch bettr than my noisy sucky keybord that requires yu to push realy hard on te keys so it dosn’t drop lettrs. Plus, if we all had one of those it would put an end to the “you owe me a new keyboard” posts. 
They just need to have an ergonomic version. I’m totally hooked on my ergonomic keyboard. The first one I had was wireless, and it did die when I spilled water on it. I would love to have a rubbery, waterproof keyboard that would set on some ergonomic-shaped platform.
Also, I would like a keyboard that didn’t have the letter “b” held on with a piece of scotch tape. That would be nice too.
Anyway, congratulations on your super cool keyboard! I’ve admired them in stores and I definitely envy you!
Wow… how do these work? Are there like small buttons under the rubber?
I assume they work the same as, say, a calculator’s button pad works. It feels the same way when you press the keys.
I love those things. I work at a cattle auction and because we have to take records of all the cattle that come through, we have a computer that basically sits outside in the open 24-7, rain snow or shine. Although the actual computer itself has crapped out on us a time or two due to the weather or the huge ammounts of debris that accumulate on it regularly, the rubber keyboard has not failed us yet! Plus it’s the prettiest light blue color! At least it would be if it wasn’t covered with cow crap and god knows what else.
Here’s sorta what mine looks like, although it’s improved. The connecting wires come out the top of that one and on my older one they stick out the side, interfered with the mouse a bit until I figured out how to set things just so.
Great stuff, I don’t have any problems typing quickly with mine, and it’s such a joy to be able to clean it by slurping a soapy dishrag right over it lickety split!
