Searching before posting is all well and good, but sometimes the search function doesn’t work right. I’ve known it to skip things on one search, and then find them on another search a few minutes later.
Cut 'em some slack if they ask a question that got answered last week. Sometimes the hamsters smoke too much crack and can’t find things.
