There is a fairly good forum, dbstalk.com where people discuss Dish problems, among other things.
On that forum they are batting around a rumor of a rate hike February first.
Also do you have minor gripes about Dish such as invalid warnings about telephone connections?
Today’s rumor is that yesterdays rumor was very bad and today’s rumor is less bad. Seems no one except insiders have heard about it?
I’m not sure how to factually answer a question of a rumor; but as to the other question, no, I haven’t been having any problems with my Dish DVR/decoder.
There are usually rate hikes after the 1st of the year, more with cable companies then with satellite companies… but i know my aunt has directv and they are raising her a bit after Feb 1, so it is possible
