Clinton, at the height of the Monica gate, ordered the surgical bombing of targets in Sudan and Afghanistan.
Point blank, there wasn’t much evidence linking the factory to Osama, and the US ended up paying retributions for the factory. None of the links mentioned casualties at the factory, but there easily well could have been.
He also used the opportunity to launch an attack on a terrorist camp, which was associated with Osama Bin Laden. Taking out terrorists is a good goal, and I’ll nary shed a tear for any terrorist, but it’s fairly clear that he struck out at them to deflect attention from his current political problems. Technically, terrorists are, sort of, people. Hence, it is not technically accurate to say that When Clinton Lied, No One Died.

Again, killing terrorists is a good thing. I only wish that Clinton would have went after Osama when he had the intel and ability to, with half the vigor that he spent on the “Monica gate” crisis; perhaps things may have turned out far differently.
Well if you liberal wankers can’t quote one administration official using the specific phrase “imminent threat” - and no other phrase or word, even if it has the same meaning - in relation to the threat posed by Iraq I just can’t buy into this whole thing about Rumsfeld lying. indeed i must ask, WHERE IS THE BEEF.
