It was a bit nit-picky, but because you didn’t specify a cadence range or a minimum cadence, I was concerned that someone could take your answer to mean high resistance & low cadence was acceptable, when that could lead to knee issues.
I’m amazed at how many spin instructors are just spin instructors & not cyclists who also teach spin. The latter are great while the former tend to lead the class thru mash-ville, which is not good. Yeah, it’s a tough workout, but with really bad form.
