Magna cum laude? Editor of the law review? President of the journal"? Everyone knows those are handed out to absentee ‘C’ students.
Now if there were comparable data about Romney’s tax returns so easily available, then this could be considered an apt parody. “Hey look, idiots think something so easily seen to be false is true, let’s parody that.” But since Romney is clearly hiding his tax forms, it just shows how unlike the two comparisons are instead.
