Like we all said 4 years ago, NMD won’t work.

Seems to me it’ll always be easier to build the missile system with an even number of “anti-” prefixes – that is, missiles make it easier to attack than to defend. (That’s assuming your enemy is even going to use ICBM’s, instead of cruise missiles, ship bombs, suitcase bombs, etc.) So the whole Star Wars idea is a chimera.
