I’m trying to watch my calorie intake at the moment, and I find that we’re having yummy scrumptious salt-&-pepper prawns for dinner tonight. Does anyone know how many calories, approx., would be in, say, a 50 gram serving?

Normally I can find any nutritional information for different foods from either the USDA nutrient database or from Nutrition Data. However, I couldn’t find prawns in either database. (Maybe they have another name they go by? I don’t eat much seafood, myself.)
