After playing a basketball or other aerobic exercise, I end up with a lot of powdery salt on my face (after the sweat dries). I probably sweat much less compared to the average person and my diet is quite normal.
Why does this happen to me and do other people experience this too? What factors cause this?
But seriously, thar’s salt in your perspiration, and when the your sweat evaporates, the salt is left behind. Now, depending on the temperature, humidity, and how fast you’re sweating, you may or may not feel sweaty. The water may evaporate almost as rapidly as it’s produced. Rest (excercise???) assured, though, powdered salt on yer face means you’re sweating
