I wanted to follow this up a bit more with a look at our own informal in house survey. You’ll notice that once you take out the silly poll option, 76% of Bernie supporters here are “absolutely” or “probably” going to vote for Hillary over Trump. 14% absolutely or probably won’t. It seems pretty delusional to think she might piss of all those millions of voters who hate the word “socialist” in order to grab some of that 14%.

I can see I was mistaken in placing that much importance on the Sanders voters and their reluctance to support Clinton.
