Sauna, Steamroom, Hottub? Or steam room, hottub, sauna? What's the best order for these?

My gym has a hot tub, sauna, and a steamroom. They’re all quite lovely. I guess I’m a bit confused as to the benefits and the order a sauna, steamroom, and hot tub should be used in. Usually twice a week I have time to slip into my gym’s hot tub. Once a week I try to hit the steam room, and then slather on a mask.

On some truly empty weekends, I’ve hit all three, but the results are always mixed. What order should these be used in, or should only one be used per, say, session?

Personally I’d say one per session. Sauna, steam room or hot tub first, then a dip in the pool. Then back to whatever hot locker you choose. Shower after.
