Savings Accounts (Ireland)

I’m hoping to open up a savings account for my niece in which I’ll put about 600?? per year up to 15 years and the best bank I’ve found in Ireland which offers me the bast rates/services suggests that over 15 years, investing in shares is my best option.
They have several different plans but seeings as I’m not in Ireland atm I can’t really get more info then what their site offers so I was hoping that you could help me choose between these account profiles:

Wisdomscope - invests mainly in a mix of worldwide shares with some property, secure bonds and cash investments.

**Globalscope **- Invests in fifty of the most successful companies in the world.

Europascope- invests in the top fifty companies in the Euozone.

Telescope- Invests in the top European telecommunications companies.

Techscope - Invests in the top technology companies from around the world.

The risk factor is supposed to increase from top to bottom but I’m wondering if a bet on the top technology companies would be all that risky.

Which plan seems the most sensible for a 15-year investment?
